Fifth Annual Williamson County Fair

Children’s Pageant Entry Form

 

            Open to all Children, the Children’s Pageant will be held on Sunday, August 3, 2008, 1:30 p.m. at the Hanna Building on the grounds of the Williamson County Fair, Marion, Illinois.  Winners will receive both a crown and trophy.

            Entry Fee is $25.00 per contestant.  Applications will be taken at the door from noon until 1:15 p.m. on August 3^th, 2008, or may be completed and mailed for early registration.  First entries are last to compete.

            There will be a Photogenic Winner in all age divisions.  Cost is $10.00 for Photogenic competition.  Photos will be accepted at the door.  Trophies will be awarded.

            Indicate Age Division for this Entry with a Check Mark next to the Category.  If you have competed before and won a category, as soon as your age moves to a different category, you may compete again (example: if you won the one-year-old group last year, you may compete in the two-year-old group this year).
