Rules and Guidelines for Floriculture Exhibits
1.
Fresh cut plant material to be used in arrangement classes unless otherwise
stated.
2.
Foliage will be allowed for fill in arrangement classes.
3.
No artificial flowers or foliage allowed in any classes.
4.
The arrangement must be the original work of the designer, but plant material
not necessarily grown by exhibitor.
5.
Accessories may be used in all arrangement classes.
6.
Plant identification tag should accompany exhibit. Tags should consist of
identifying names of flowers, filler, etc. only! DO NOT INCLUDE EXHIBITOR'S
NAME, address or any identifying information regarding the exhibitor.
7.
Exhibitors may arrange exhibits, but superintendent may move or re-arrange
exhibit to allow for space, etc.
8.
Everyone must leave the show area during the judging except notified personnel.
9.
Entry ticket will be affixed to the container, vase, dish, etc. of
arrangements. Arrangements will be removed from display (after judging) at the
discretion of the Superintendent.
10.
Exhibitors please allow the helpers to assist with checking in enteries so that all entries may be accounted for
accurately.

Rules
and Regulation for Potted Plants
1.
All plant material must be grown and placed by the exhibitor.
2.
All plants exhibited must have been in the hands of the exhibitor for at least
three (3) months.
3.
All price tags must be removed from the container.
4.
Superintendent reserves the right to display exhibits as space and fixtures
allow.
