Judges decision is final in all classes.  Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated.  Williamson County Fair and sponsoring parties will not be responsible for accident or loss to exhibitors, horses or mules.  There will be no refunds once an entry card has been turned into the office.  Exhibitors should display a visible assigned entry number.  A negative coggins is required of all animals, except those under one year of age.  Out-of-state horses and mules must be accompanied by an entry permit.  Permits are available at (217) 782-4944.  Out-of-state horses and mules shall be accompanied by a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI) issued within 30 days prior to entry.  A CVI is not required for Illinois horses and mules.

Please note that Harness Racing will be the featured event beginning at 2 p.m. Saturday afternoon.  No horses or mules exhibiting in the Haflinger and Mule Show will be allowed to enter the infield until after the races are completed.  There is amply parking outside of the track should any exhibitor wish to unload to begin to prepare their animals for the show.

Questions about the mule show should be directed to Mike Scott; Haflinger show questions call Marty Bowen.
