Williamson County Fair and Williamson County Saddle Club will NOT be responsible for accidents or loss. Negative coggins required for all horses.

Illinois Department of Agriculture requires out-of-state horses to be accompanied by an entry permit available by phoning (217)782-4944 along with Certificate of Veterinary Inspection issued within thirty days prior to entry. 

Exhibitors please enter grounds off Main Street Williamson County Saddle Club Entrance due to the demo derby traffic on Fair Street. Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated.  No refunds once an entr6y card is in the office!  Overnight stall $10 each (tie-ins only); electrical hookups $10 per night. Social Security Numbers required for winners of premium money.
